Marketing Manager at Groupe PARIMA
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Groupe PARIMA. This role involves leading all marketing activities and playing a hands-on role in the implementation of key initiatives to promote our services, enhance our brand presence, and support business development efforts. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports Groupe PARIMA’s growth goals.
- Identify key markets and opportunities.
Hands-On Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee and personally contribute to the creation of marketing content.
- Manage and update the company’s website, ensuring it effectively communicates our value proposition and engages visitors.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing layouts, and analyzing performance.
Lead Generation and Sales Support:
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, including managing digital marketing efforts like SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral that addresses client needs and showcases our expertise, including direct production of sales presentations and promotional materials.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, manage, and participate in the company’s presence at industry events, including booth design, promotional material creation, and on-site representation.
- Organize and execute webinars, conferences, and client meetings, handling logistics, content creation, and follow-up communications.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends.
- Analyze market data to provide insights and actionable recommendations to the CEO and senior management team.
Client Relationship Management:
- Actively engage with current and prospective clients through targeted marketing initiatives, including hands-on management of CRM systems and direct communication.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, with a focus on hands-on adjustments and optimization to achieve desired results.
Competencies and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical services sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within a medium-sized business environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on hands-on usage.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Full professional proficiency in English
